FAQ
Questions and answers
The questions most customers ask — before they call and after they receive a quote.
Quotes and pricing
How is a quote determined?
A quote reflects the actual scope of work: the volume of contents or cargo, the distance, the floors and access at both ends, equipment required such as a tail lift or pallet jack, and crew size. The more precise the details, the closer the quote is to the real job.
What details should I prepare before getting in touch?
Origin and destination addresses, the date you need, and an approximate size — number of rooms in an apartment, number of workstations in an office, or number of pallets in a shipment. If there is an access or parking restriction, mention that too.
Is there a charge for a quote?
No. Receiving a quote is free and places you under no obligation.
Private moving
Can I request an apartment move?
Yes. Apartment moving is one of our core service areas, including furniture dismantling and reassembly, packing and handling of heavy items.
What if there is no lift, or the furniture will not fit in it?
This is important for us to know in advance. In such cases we plan a stair carry with a larger crew or an external solution, and price it accordingly before moving day.
Can I request office transportation as well?
Yes. Office moving includes schedule planning, workstation dismantling and reassembly, IT equipment packing and out-of-hours execution where needed.
Business services
Can I arrange recurring distribution?
Yes. You can start with a one-off round and move to a fixed route — daily, weekly or under agreement — once the volume and area are clear.
What if I do not know the cargo dimensions or weight?
That is completely fine. A rough estimate is enough at the quote stage, and every field allows you to say you are not sure. It matters more to know how many units there are and how they will be unloaded.
Do you provide storage as well?
Yes. Goods can be stored for a defined period, including goods-in, picking and coordinated dispatch.
Contact and availability
How is the arrival time set, and what if something changes?
The arrival time is set in advance when the job is coordinated and confirmed with you before moving day. If something changes on the way, you hear it from us rather than being left to guess.
How do I contact Direct Teleport quickly?
The fastest way is by phone. You can also send a WhatsApp message with the details and get a reply.
Can I send details via WhatsApp?
Yes, and it is usually the most convenient route. You can send photos of the furniture, the cargo or the building access — it saves a lot of questions.
Do you work across the whole country?
We carry out transport nationwide. For remote destinations or unusual access we check the details at the quote stage.
