Can we set up a standing transport arrangement?
Yes. Once the frequency and route are known, a standing arrangement with an agreed schedule can be built, which also improves the pricing.
What if the cargo differs from one shipment to the next?
That is normal. We define a typical range of volume and weight and match the vehicle to each shipment based on the update you send before departure.
Do you unload at the customer site as well?
Yes, when it is defined in advance. We need to know whether there is a dock, a forklift on site, or whether a crew must unload by hand.
Do you work with institutions that have entry procedures?
Yes. We simply need the entry requirements, receiving hours and the on-site contact in advance.
