Pallet transport looks simple until you reach the destination and find there is no forklift, the vehicle cannot enter the street, or a tail lift is needed to bring the pallet down to the ramp. Most freight problems come from access and unloading equipment, not from the drive itself.
So we ask about access and unloading equipment at both ends at the quote stage, and match the vehicle and kit accordingly. If some of the details are unknown, that is fine — we will work through them with you.

I do not know the exact weight — is that a problem?
No. A rough estimate is enough at the quote stage. It matters more to know how many pallets there are and how they will be unloaded at the destination.
What is a tail lift and when is it needed?
A tail lift is a hydraulic platform at the rear of the vehicle that lowers heavy cargo to street level. It is needed when there is no dock or forklift at the destination.
Can you move one large item instead of pallets?
Yes. Oversized cargo is priced by dimensions, weight and how it is unloaded. Sending a photo over WhatsApp is usually the fastest way for us to assess it.
Do you take care of securing the load?
Yes. Load securing is part of the job and is matched to the type of goods and the route.
