Office and corporate relocation

An office move is measured in the time your team cannot work. We build the move so the business is back up as quickly as possible.

Moving an office is not the same as moving a home. There is sensitive IT equipment, filing cabinets, modular furniture, and often building rules about working hours, service lifts and access permits.

We plan the move in advance — what goes, in what order, and what has to be connected and running on the first morning in the new office. In many cases the move happens over a weekend or outside working hours.

Who this service is for

  • Small and mid-sized offices moving into larger premises
  • Companies consolidating several sites into one office
  • Businesses relocating IT equipment and network infrastructure
  • Clinics, practices and professional service offices
  • Institutions and organisations with coordination and permit requirements

Situations we handle regularly

  • A weekend move so the office is operational on Sunday morning
  • Dismantling and rebuilding workstations and partitions
  • Moving filing cabinets and archives while preserving internal order
  • Sensitive equipment such as servers, large displays or professional instruments
  • Office buildings with a service lift and defined loading hours

What the move can include

  • A pre-move survey of both the current and the new office
  • Dismantling and reassembly of desks, workstations and cabinets
  • Dedicated packing for IT equipment and monitors
  • Labelling and organisation by room or department at the destination
  • Orderly transfer of archives and document storage
  • Coordination with building management and service lifts
  • Execution outside working hours or over a weekend

How the move runs

  1. Scoping

We review office size, number of workstations, equipment types and the constraints in both buildings.

  2. Plan and schedule

We set the execution window, the transfer order and what must be running first in the new office.

  3. Execution

Dismantling, packing, labelling and loading to plan, with a crew sized to the scope.

  4. Placement and assembly

Furniture placed to the room plan, workstations rebuilt and equipment set in position.

Frequently asked questions

Can the move be done over a weekend?
Yes. Many office moves take place outside working hours or over a weekend precisely to reduce downtime. We agree this when setting the schedule.
Who disconnects and reconnects the computers?
We pack, move and place the equipment in its new position. Network connection and system configuration are normally handled by your IT contact, and we coordinate the working order with them.
Do you handle archives and filing?
Yes. Archives are moved in an orderly, labelled way so they can be placed at the destination without losing their internal order.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better for securing a specific window, especially weekends. It is still worth checking availability at shorter notice.
