Accessibility Statement

We care that this website is usable by as many people as possible, including users of assistive technology.

What has been implemented

The following principles were applied when building this website:

  • Semantic HTML structure and a correct heading hierarchy
  • Full keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus indicator
  • Labels associated with every form field, and accessible error messages
  • High colour contrast in text and buttons
  • Alternative text for content images
  • Correct text direction (RTL/LTR) and document language on every page
  • Respect for the user’s reduced-motion preference
  • Enlarged touch targets in the mobile interface

Current status

The website was built with reference to accepted digital accessibility principles. No external accessibility audit has been carried out at this stage, and we do not claim certified conformance with any particular standard.

Some components may not yet have been tested in every combination of browser and assistive technology. We continue to improve the site.

Found a problem?

If you encounter a component that is not accessible to you, please let us know by phone or email using the details on this website. We will address it and offer an alternative way to receive the service.
