Frequently asked questions
How long does an apartment move take?
It depends on the size of the apartment, the floors and the access. A 2–3 room apartment with reasonable access is usually completed the same day. The quote states the expected time based on the details you give us.
Do you pack the contents as well?
Yes — full or partial packing can be included. Many customers pack their own boxes and leave us the furniture and fragile items, which works well too.
What if there is no lift, or the furniture does not fit in it?
We check this beforehand. In those cases we plan a stair carry with a larger crew or an external solution. It matters that we know before the day so it can be priced and planned correctly.
Can I book a move at short notice?
It depends on availability. It is worth calling or sending a WhatsApp message — a slot is sometimes free even at short notice.
